Blog 3 Macro Molecules

lipids:
     consists of a group of occuring molecules that includes fats, waxes, and vitamins. Lipids main biological function is to store energy.

proteins:
     proteins are important biochemical molecules. The are also the basis of the major components of human and animal tissues.

carbohydrates:
     an organic compound that consists of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen.

vitamins:
     an organic chemical compound. It is obtained by plants and animal foods


mineral:
     natural occuring solid chemical substance that is formed by biochemical process.
